Brave - Merida's Quiver by RainOwls Brave - Merida's Quiver by RainOwls
Took some photo's of my

The Quiver is made from leftover brown pleather. and I made it without any sort of pattern just references of other quivers to go on. It was a challenge to find a good screen-shot, but I finally found one in high resolution :) The belt was made of folded pleather with a belt buckle holding it on the back. Everything is glued together with Mighty Mendit.
Its made to my size (I'm 5'3") its 17" long with my arrows being 25" (the taller you are the longer your quiver will have to be)
The arrow's are make from white feathers I found at Michale's along with the dowels. I tea-dyed the feathers and then painted a few of them with acrylic paint.

Very nice!  I might use this to look off to make my daughter's (functional) quiver.

I like it very much. Maybe a little worn effect wouldn't waste, but the details are so precise (I envy yiur steady hand!) and those quivers are amazing. You did a great job!

The design on the best was done on my sewing machine and I painted on the Celtic knot with acrylics.
